Ms. Anne Tubaugh

Anne Tubaugh holds a B.A. in Political Science and is completing a Master of Public Affairs degree with a concentration in nonprofit management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prior to her work at the Council, Tubaugh served as the Director of Development for the American Red Cross in Union and Cabarrus counties in North Carolina. She also served as the Chief Development Officer for The Children’s Home in Winston-Salem. Tubaugh is a member of the Leadership Greensboro Class of 2010. She joined the Council in October 2008 and in May 2011 became the Council's Director of Development.
